WE ONLY SHIP TO QLD
Shipment Processing Time:
All orders placed during weekdays will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from our logistical warehouse. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. (Please note, the Express Post option will not shorten the processing time. It will, however, be the quickest delivery time once the order has been dispatched)
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. You will receive a confirmation upon dispatch from the warehouse. If you have any issues or questions, please contact us by email or firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated within 24-48 hours after dispatch.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
AusBlasters is not liable for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes etc.)
Damages/Lost in Transit
AusBlasters is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged or your order has been lost in transit, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside of Australia.
All blasters purchased through AusBlasters come included with a 30-day limited warranty to cover manufacturing faults. All blasters are tested pre-purchase in-store by our skilled technicians. Faulty products must be sent back with proof of purchase and a written description of the fault. Any blaster found to be physically damaged by user neglect, either internally or externally, upgraded or modified, opened or attempted to be opened, used apart from the manufacturer specifications or intended use included, but not limited to, the use of BB’s, metal or plastic or otherwise will void the warranty. Any items returned to us claiming to be faulty but found to be in fully functional working order will incur a fee to cover return postage. Items found to be defective under warranty will be either repaired or replaced at no extra cost. The customer also has the option of an exchange towards another blaster of their choosing. Returns will not be accepted from any State except QLD. Please be advised that due to the product’s nature, regular and extended use of a gel blaster will cause wear on internal components and will require maintenance. If your blaster is not covered under warranty, but you would like a repair or service, please contact AusBlasters store.
Returns and refunds will be carried out under Australian Consumer Law as determined by information from the ACCC (https://www.accc.gov.au/
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items returned due to a manufacturing fault will be either repaired, replaced or refunded at no extra cost.
Change of mind returns is not accepted.
Any items returned to us claiming to be faulty but found to be in fully functional working order will incur a fee to cover return postage.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please contact your bank for approximate times for refunds.
